Wellness Spa & Event Center Spa Policies
Appointments: Service are provided by appointment. We require a major credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card) to secure your appointment. Nothing will be charged to your card prior to the day of your appointment.
Cancellations/Missed Appointments: Each appointment is reserved especially for you and we ask that you be considerate of our time and efforts. We allow a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Customers arriving after the 15 minute grace period will be considered a “no-show” and will be given the option of being worked in if possible or rescheduling their appointment for a later date. The appropriate Service Fee will be charged.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, this must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments that are missed, rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of %50 of the scheduled service fee. This will be charged to the card used to secure your appointment. No exceptions!
Holiday Policy for Missed Appointments: During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, you will be charged full price for missed appointments and late cancellations.
Cell Phones: The use of cell phones inside the center is prohibited. We want you and all of our customers to be free from outside stress and worries while here and ask that you turn your cell phone off before entering and not turn it on again until you have left the center.
Discounts: We offer a 5% discount to all military, seniors and students with a valid I. D. This discount may not be combined with any other discounts, coupons or special offers.
Hours of Operation: Tuesday thru Friday from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday 8:30am to 7:00 p.m. (8:30 am for yoga-lates class We are closed Sunday and Monday.
Gratuities: Are greatly appreciated by all therapist. A 15% gratuity is customary. This can be paid in cash after your session or added to your services charged at the center. If you feel you have not received outstanding service, please discuss this with the Spa manager.
Gift Certificates: These are available in any dollar amount for services or products. Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. No exceptions! Failure to keep your scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of all or part of your gift certificate.
Packages: We have many packages available for all of our services. Packages may not be shared, are non-transferable, non-refundable and expire one year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. No exceptions!
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card and American Express. We also accept personal checks with valid drivers license & check guarantee card.
Teens: All of our services are available to teens ages 12 and over with written parental consent. ( Banana Split children spa party avaliable for all ages with parental consent)
Children: For the safety of your children and the consideration of our other guests, we ask that you not allow young children to accompany you to your appointment unless It’s during children treatment times. We do have special classes and sessions for children. Consult our calendar.
